TERMS OF SERVICE — COZYQUEEN

1. Introduction and Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the purchase, possession, and use of all products and services provided by CozyQueen ("CozyQueen," "we," "us," or "our"). References to CozyQueen include our affiliates, subsidiaries, contractors, and related entities.

By purchasing or using any CozyQueen product, you ("the customer" or "user") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Product Description

The CozyQueen Wearable Heated Blanket is a 2-in-1 electric heated blanket designed to be worn as an open-front mantello robe or used as a flat heated throw blanket. The product features 6 adjustable heat levels (86°F–113°F), a 1–12 hour auto shut-off timer, 220 GSM flannel outer layer, 200 GSM sherpa inner lining, long sleeves, foot pockets, and a removable heat controller with a 13-foot power cord. The product is ETL and FCC certified.

3. Intended Use

The CozyQueen Wearable Heated Blanket is designed for personal indoor use by adults, including but not limited to:

Lounging on the couch or in bed
Working from home
Reading, watching TV, or relaxing
Gifting for birthdays, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and other occasions

The product is an electrical heating device and should be used in accordance with the included safety instructions at all times.

4. Safety and Responsibility

The customer is responsible for reading and following all safety instructions included with the product prior to use. This includes but is not limited to:

Always removing the heat controller before washing
Not using the product if the cord, plug, or controller is damaged
Not folding or bunching the blanket while the heating element is active
Keeping the product away from water while plugged in
Not using the product on infants, young children, or individuals who cannot operate the controller independently

CozyQueen is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from misuse, modification, or failure to follow the included safety instructions.

5. Product Specifications

Product dimensions and specifications are clearly listed on CozyQueen's product pages. The customer is responsible for reviewing all product details prior to purchase. The CozyQueen Wearable Heated Blanket measures 52" × 72" (132cm × 183cm) and weighs approximately 2.64 kg (5.8 lbs). The product requires a standard 110V US electrical outlet.

6. Marketing and Content Disclaimer

All marketing materials, including images, videos, advertisements, and social media content published by CozyQueen, are intended solely for promotional and illustrative purposes. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography lighting. These materials do not constitute guarantees of specific results or experiences.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CozyQueen shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or misuse of the product, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or third-party claims resulting from failure to follow safety instructions.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy and the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights the customer may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including but not limited to EU consumer protection regulations.

9. Amendments

CozyQueen reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the product following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
